That’s right: they’re back from their performance hiatus (they apparently think it takes time to record an album or something like that) and back in T-town. The show is sure to rock.

I highly recommend checking out the deliciously tempting items on the Tempest Menu. I’m drooling already (maybe it’s lunch time?) and I think Wednesday sounds like a good cheat day for this week. Carrie and Chris were kind enough to check out the lounge ahead of time – a little reconnaissance is always helpful. Carrie said that her burger and Chris’ crab cake sandwich were both delicious. I can’t decide if I want to try one of those options or if I just want to get a few of their amazing-sounding appetizers. Sauteed Mushrooms with Grilled Bread sounds amazing. And Potato Wedges? Wednesday definitely needs to be a cheat day. There’s no way I want to stay away from all that goodness.
We’re also using this show to celebrate Chris & Geoff’s joint 34th birthday. So it’s kinda like I’m inviting all of you to their birthday party. Which might seem socially unacceptable, but I’m sure it will be fine. Just tell them the Unintentional Housewife sent you. And if you’re gonna crash their birthday party, you should buy ‘em a drink. It’s the polite thing to do.
