The Haunted Theatre

What are your plans for the final two weekends in October?  If you are anything like many of my friends, Halloween is your most favoritest of all the holidays, and you’ve got some great stuff planned.  If you’re anywhere near Tacoma, I suggest including one of the ten performances of Haunted Theatre Tacoma City Ballet is presenting this month.  This is the second annual showing of our popular fall show which delighted packed houses last year.   You’ll see dancing witches, ghosts, skeletons, monsters and pumpkins, just to name a few.  The Haunted Theatre will delight audiences of every age with festive treats, a spooky backstage tour and eerie dances. Enter Tacoma City Ballet’s beautiful historic ballroom theater and explore the magical world of dance. The Haunted Theatre is Halloween fun for the whole family or a fun date night!  Besides, look how cute that dancing skeleton witch is!

 

If you haven’t seen me recently, it’s probably because I’ve been rehearsing some of the monsters, or ghosts, or pumpkins, as we all prepare for this fun show.  I would love it if you come check it out.  As with any holiday-themed performance, the closer to Halloween you come, the more crowded it’s likely to be.  I would encourage you to think about joining us the first weekend, to get all the fun and still ensure that you have a seat at the show!
